"From as far back as I can remember, my grandfather William Jones aka Jonesy use to bake and sell his famous yeast rolls to family, friends, and neighbors. The sweet, buttery aroma that filled the kitchen was delightful. My passion for baking started when I was 10 years old, and had just received my first cookbook, that was full of all kinds of basic pastry recipes. After experimenting with some of the recipes my LOVE for baking grew, which I have perfected down throughout the years. This is one of the BEST decisions I have ever made, which is making my dreams come true at being a successful entrepreneur in the world of pastries."

Donita Jones
My name is Donita Jones, I reside in the beautiful Atlanta, Georgia. I'm a mother of three adult children, and two grandchildren who are all very PRECIOUS to me. My career is in the medical field; however, my passion is in baking. I joined the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts family to become an excellent pastry chef. I currently have a home-based cake business, "Jonesy Cakes & Bakes" LLC.
